Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 48 hours before their scheduled time without penalty. If you need to cancel within the 48 hour window, you will need to contact me personally. Cancelations made between 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 20% cancellation fee. Failure to notify me will result in the appointment being marked as a no-show. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in denial of future booking privileges. Thank you for respecting my time and schedule
